Great experience Very professional services, friendly and knowledgeable drivers. We loved having private transportation with a sprinter van. Luis was our driver And got us around safely and in a timely manor. They also set up some of our excursions while we were visiting. Definitely will be using their services when visiting again.

Great Service Best service ever!!! I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. They communicated through WhatsApp and were very efficient! The cars are very clean and look like they’ve been detailed very recently. The drivers are very nice and accommodating as well. I will be recommending them and using them next time in Puerto Vallarta

Easy decision, don’t think twice, well worth it Too easy and well worth it, called from Sayulita the day before my flight was leaving and the gentleman said no problem just text the details and we’ll be there. He didn’t even ask me for a credit card number so I had my doubts but uber drivers available from Sayulita are rare so didn’t want to risk it. Turns out I had no reason to be skeptical - our driver arrived 30 minutes before the agreed time in a big nice air conditioned suburban with cold waters and snacks. I received a payment link via text mid drive from the number I originally messaged the details to and paid on the way. $105 USD flat. A crappy taxi is $70-80 so this was a steal. The driver was very helpful and put all our bags in the car, and even helped unload them to the airport door. Easy decision to spend an extra $25 over a small hot taxi and will definitely be using this service again when I am next in Sayulita, which is at least twice a year. Very happy to have found this company, especially given its $20-55 cheaper than its competitors. Keep up the good work!

Amazing Service! Vallarta Transportation Services was amazing in coordinating both airport transfers as well as private transportation in and around Puerto Vallarta this past weekend for our group of 7. They were extremely responsive to our inquiries coordinating multiple airport transfers for multiple members of our group and flexible with a last minute flight change. All the vehicles we rode in throughout the weekend were spotless, the driver was always prompt and had the AC keeping us cool in the heat and humidity! I highly recommend Vallarta Transportation Services for all your transportation needs during your stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Great service We travel to PV several times a year and started recently using Vallarta Transport Services. We really enjoy the convenience of being able to just walk out past what we call “The Gauntlet” and have a car waiting. The vehicles are always very clean and the drivers are extremely courteous. It’s a bit more than a cab but well worth it and extremely comfortable. I really appreciate the ability to have real time communications with them on WhatsApp if your flight lands a little early or late.

Highly Recommend VTS We recently used Vallarta Transportation Services for airport transfers to the One & Only Mandarina... which is a bit of a hike. The suburban was nice, clean, and comfortable and our driver was great. More importantly though - the service was excellent, starting with Tomas and ending with our amazing driver Andres! We had to change our pickup time multiple times due to a blizzard and Denver and every time I reached out to make changes Tomas was very quick to respond and to accommodate our changes. We also added a night last minute and Andres was very patient and accommodating in getting us to the next hotel. Tomas quickly added a ride from that hotel to the airport for us as well. Andres was our driver all three times and he was so patient and kind. We would definitely use VTS for future trips to O&O.
