Terms & Conditions for transportation services

  1. — Rates are show per vehicle ride not per person.
  2. — Service Include Transfer from Puerto Vallarta Airport to destination selected, or from your destination to Airport.
  3. Service do not include other stops like pharmacy, grocery store, or drop off and Pick-ups in more than one destination, in this case you must make separate reservations.
  4. If Passengers travel after 23:00 hours or before 07:00 a.m. a 15% must be added as supplement for these required services.

Transfer service Include:

  • — Air conditioner private transportation
  • — Meet and Greet
  • — English – Spanish assistance
  • — On board Transportation Travel Insurances
  • — Bottle of water
  • — Tour and excursions information
  • — Local and federal Tax

Arrival Airport Transfer

All our services have a reasonable waiting time of one hour, in order to offer best possible service, however the client must know that the schedule transport must be respected for parking times regarding airport captaincy so in case of any delay or inconvenience (Immigration, customs, health, or any other) clients or companion must inform at our airport staff in order to assist clients or contact to our Mobil Phone number, otherwise transportation will leave airport and it will be full clients responsibility to pay for taxi and no refund will be given.

If your group are traveling in different flights, you´ll have only 25 minutes upon your groups first flight has come out to the meeting point. Otherwise, the transportation must leave the airport, and in if needed you must make separate reservations to avoid this inconvenience.

Departure Airport Transfer

We recommended at least 3 hours in advance for your pick-up time in order to avoid any inconvenience. In case of accidents, natural disaster, blockades, marches or demonstrations out of our control, we will contact you to inform you and be in time as soon as we be able to.

Our staff will provide Departure Pick Up transportation during arrival or by email, At this point, clients are informed to be on specific time and specific place; been on scheduled time, is full client responsibility. Maximun waiting time is 10 minutes.

In case of missing your pick up for not have followed the instructions, clients must take a taxi at own expenses; Any missing flights or any other expenses caused by missing transportation to the airport, release of responsibility at the Tour Operator who will not be responsible to pay partial or total refund of any kind for lack of responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policies

In order to maintain our commitment to our clients VTS operates a strict cancellation policy, which apply for one way or round trip transportation (For round trip, the arrival date will be considered for any change in the return service)

  • — One week or more to the arrival date 75% refund
  • — 72 hours prior to the arrival date 50% refund
  • — 48 hours prior to the arrival date no refund
